Our Team

Managing Director

Yvonne has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management in both private and government hospitals in Singapore.

Her experience includes heading Operations in Specialised Support Services, Critical Care, Operating Theatres, Business Office and Wards.

She is also a Lean expert that has consulted widely in the region with several hospitals, improving their process, saving time and money for both patients and hospitals. She has been nominated by Women Weekly magazine in 2005 as Great Women of Our Times.

Yvonne is also Director of Can-Care Adaxto which serves breast cancer patients, providing products and services to help them cope with the disease. The company has presence in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Vietnam. Yvonne holds a degree in Communication Studies from Murdoch University (Australia).


Molly Foo has over 20 years of executive healthcare financial management and operations experience. She was Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest listed private healthcare provider in Asia, with S$1 billion turnover, S$ 130m net profits and valued at S$4.5b.

Molly had overall responsibility for the financial operations and management of the organisation's facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and China. She has extensive experience in strategic planning and budgeting processes, operational efficiency, financial analysis and reporting.

Molly holds a Bachelor in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Sr. Principal Consultant

Michael has more than 30 years of executive healthcare experience, where Michael was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of several hospitals in the United States, Asia and Middle East.

Michael began his healthcare career in nursing before moving into executive management positions. His international healthcare experience began in Singapore as CEO of the largest private hospital and Executive Director of the largest private healthcare provider in Asia, overseeing operations of 3 of their local facilities.

Michael was also Executive Director and CEO at 2 of the largest private hospital groups in Thailand and CEO of an international hospital in Shanghai, China; a US-China Joint venture.

Outside of Asia, Michael has served as CEO of one of the largest private hospital in the United Arab Emirates and was Executive Director Global Services for one of largest academic health systems in the United States.

Michael holds a Masters of Business Administration as well as Bachelor degree and licensure in nursing.

Snr Consultant

Dr Vincent Chia is the Managing Director and Medical Director of Asian Healthcare Solutions and is a full-time independent Healthcare Consultant. He is also currently an Interim Board Director of Jinxin Hospitals Group in Chengdu, China. He was the former Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Hospital and Parkway East Hospital in Singapore.

Dr Chia specialises in business strategy and transformation; operational due diligence, auditing and managing operations, quality and patient safety and systems redesign of hospitals and other healthcare facilities. His vast experience in advising and management of healthcare operations spans across many countries in South East Asia, China and Russia.

He also has a deep understanding of the healthcare systems and is well-connected to both investors and operators in China. As such, Dr Chia is able to expertly facilitate the connection and advise on strategy, management and operations.

Principal Consultant

Rebecca has extensive experience in medical services, including hospitals, clinic chains, and insurance plans.

In addition to managing operations, she has raised venture capital and provided consulting services for acquisitions and business start-ups.

After seventeen years in the U.S. hospital industry, she relocated to Asia in 1997, working in Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia. She has served as Chief Operating Officer for Hong Kong’s largest private-sector clinic chain and Chief Corporate Officer to open a new 300 bed tertiary hospital in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Rebecca holds a BA degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Principal Consultant

Evon has had more than 15 years experience in the healthcare industry. Her experience ranges from business development, marketing to strategy development.

Working at the macro level, Evon was Deputy Director, Healthcare and Consumer Businesses, at the Singapore Economic Development Board. She worked with governments, local companies and MNCs to drive investments to Singapore and develop new strategies for her sectors. She also spent 7 years with Asia’s leading healthcare provider as the Group Vice President, developing new businesses and overseeing the group’s business planning.

Evon holds a BA in Industrial Economics from University of Nottingham.

Project Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in the IT service industry, David Tan brings to the team a depth of technical knowledge and management capabilities.

His experience traverses software development, design and delivery of networking, communications, business productivity solutions as well as IT project management and consultancy. He is customer-centric, demanding the delivery of high service levels, having managed service desk and technical field teams that provide support and maintenance services for a number of business critical systems. This spectrum of expertise is invaluable in his role in understanding the client’s precise business and operational needs and in formulating the right solutions and implementation strategies.

David has a notable track record for successful solutions delivery to MNCs, SMEs and government institutions and in challenging industries such as healthcare, finance, maritime, oil, gas & energy.


An advocate for safe healthcare environment, Judy has been a change agent in MICE and Healthcare industry for process designing, re-engineering and improvement. Her most recent project in operating theatre management, in both private and public hospitals, focuses on usage of lean strategies to improve results-driven processes that mitigate operational risk and cost.

Other initiatives span across building healthcare informatics and in-house capabilities development, all towards higher efficiency, cost-containments and sustainability.

Judy holds a BBA in Logistics and Operation Management from the National University of Singapore.
